I won the boots, but I had been thinking about ordering some for a long time. Now I would order some without hesitation. I train between 16 and 21 hours per week, and especially after running, it has changed everything. My legs no longer feel heavy. On tough days, I use them twice.
So don't think about it as long as I did, just get them.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von den AirWave Go Boots. Ich nutze sie meistens nach dem Laufen oder an langen Arbeitstagen, und der größte Pluspunkt ist definitiv die Freiheit ohne Kabel. Man kann einfach auf der Couch sitzen oder sich im Haus bewegen, ohne an einer Steckdose zu hängen. Trotz Akkubetrieb ist der Druck überraschend stark.

Ich hatte vorher schon ein Kompressionsgerät, aber das war mit Kabel und ehrlich gesagt ziemlich mühsam im Alltag. Ich habe es dann oft nicht benutzt, weil ich zuerst alles aufbauen und eine Steckdose suchen musste.

Dieses neue Gerät hier ist genauso stark im Druck und fühlt sich qualitativ gleich gut an, aber der grosse Unterschied ist wirklich die Flexibilität. Ohne Kabel kann ich es einfach auf dem Sofa verwenden oder sogar mitnehmen, wenn ich mal unterwegs bin.

Ich nutze das Gerät 3–4 Mal die Woche, meistens abends. Der Akku hält locker für ein paar Sessions, ich habe es bisher nur alle paar Tage laden müssen. Das finde ich super praktisch, weil man nicht ständig ans Kabel denken muss.
